Information we collect

When you request a moving estimate, Alpha Movers collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, requested service, move size, preferred date, pickup and delivery addresses, access conditions, inventory and service needs, planning notes, and any optional move photos you upload.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you about the move, understand the requested scope, prepare next steps, prevent misuse of the form, send a request acknowledgment, notify the business owner, and maintain necessary business records.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website and whether important actions, such as opening or completing the estimate form, occur. Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, referral source, and interaction timing. Alpha Movers does not intentionally send the name, email address, phone number, move details, or other estimate-form contents to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics through your browser’s cookie controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from requesting an estimate.

Payments

The website’s estimate form does not request or collect card, bank, or payment information. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking or final price.

Route calculation

Pickup and delivery addresses may be processed by routing and geocoding providers to estimate road distance and drive time. If an automatic route cannot be calculated, the addresses are retained with the request so Alpha Movers can verify the mileage during review.

Sharing and service providers

Alpha Movers does not use the estimate form to sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website, store optional move photos privately, calculate routes, secure the internal Alpha OS lead workspace, provide analytics, or deliver communications needed to respond to your request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and protection

Estimate information and optional photos are stored as part of the business request record and retained only as reasonably necessary for customer service, operational, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Uploaded photos are not published through the website. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting info@alphamovers.org. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about an estimate request.

Third-party services and links

The storefront uses or links to services such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Google explains how it handles information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If this policy changes, the updated version and revision date will be published on this page.
